L.Rev. 164 (2022)<\/cite>\n<br>\n<cite>Article language: English.<\/cite>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br>In this article, the interaction between two crucial rights enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights, namely freedom of religion and freedom of expression is analyzed. In that regard, firstly, the way of the European Court of Human Rights examines particular disputes over these two freedoms will be discussed. Moreover, the questions on how the exercise of one right may interfere with the enjoyment of another and whether the exercise of one right justifies limitations on another will be tried to be answered through the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/8BSULawRev2.3.pdf\">Download: PDF<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>8 Baku St. U.
